Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
The usual mistake is to leave lights on and a window open at night, which pulls disturbed wasps towards the living space. A few small habits help.
Cleaning the kitchen while leaving the bins, recycling and compost untouched is the usual oversight, and it keeps a steady supply of wasps arriving at the back door.
The common mistake is passing on a vague report of some wasps; this guide shows which questions to ask the tenant so the booking is fast, accurate and safe.
Old nests are never reused, but the same corner of a garden can attract a new queen, so a family nest diary and a few ground rules for children and pets pay off.
Treating a wasp nest at a business as something staff can work around is the usual mistake, and it tends to cost more in lost goodwill than in anything else.
