Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
Most tenant problems with pest reports come down to communication, so having a calm, clear message ready for the moment a wasp report arrives can help a great deal.
Finding one hidden nest is a good prompt to check for others. Here is a calm way to survey a property and what an extra nest costs.
A second nest in the same year, or the next, is more common than people expect and does not mean the first treatment failed.
Once you have found one entrance at the roof edge, it is worth checking the rest of the property, since a second nest on the same building is not unusual.
If you are reading this at the height of summer with a nest already busy, the advice is the same: stay clear, keep calm and book the visit now.
