Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
Climbing up for a closer look is the classic error with a high nest. Staying on the ground, you can still give the technician everything needed to treat it.
Many people assume a wasp nest in the roof is a seasonal nuisance that will fix itself. It will, eventually, but not before it has grown considerably.
The costly mistake is booking without sorting access first; this guide covers keys, gates, tenants and shared entrances so the technician can reach the nest on the day.
The usual mistake is assuming a nest in a shared boundary hedge is the neighbour’s job; a friendly conversation and a clear plan get it dealt with sooner.
Mowing, digging or flooding a ground nest makes matters much worse, so this guide explains how to mark the hole safely and what happens until the garden is quiet.
